Clinic Websites That Turn
Searches Into Appointments.
RapidBizz builds clinic website design in Dubai and for practices across the UAE: websites where a patient can find the right doctor, understand the treatment, and book in under a minute, on a phone, in English or Arabic. It is the same discipline behind our SEO work: one clear page for every treatment and location, and an enquiry path with no dead ends.

What a Clinic Website Needs
Not a prettier brochure. The working parts a patient actually uses, in the order they use them.
Online Appointment Booking
A booking route on every treatment and doctor page, not buried on a contact page. Patients pick a service, see the next step clearly, and confirm by calendar or by chat, whichever your clinic runs. Fewer phone tag games for your reception team, fewer abandoned bookings for your patients.
Doctor Profiles & Treatment Pages
Patients choose a doctor before they choose a clinic. Each doctor gets a profile with credentials, specialties and languages spoken, and each treatment gets its own page written for the search the patient actually makes, so the right page, not your homepage, answers the question.
WhatsApp Enquiries & Reminders
In the UAE the first conversation about an appointment usually starts on WhatsApp. We build the enquiry route around it, and for clinics handling real message volume, our WhatsApp Business API service covers structured appointment confirmations and reminders.
Arabic & Bilingual Patient Pages
A large share of your patients search, read and book in Arabic. Full Arabic and bilingual versions with proper RTL layout are available through our Arabic website development service as a paid addition, so Arabic-speaking patients get the same booking path, not a thinner copy of it.
Local SEO for Clinics
Clinic searches are local and urgent: a specialty plus a neighbourhood or an emirate. Pages are structured and mapped so each treatment and location has one clear owner page, supported by our SEO services in Dubai, instead of five pages competing for the same search.
Secure, Fast & Looked After
A clinic site holds patient trust and enquiry data, so it is built on SSL, kept updated and checked like a system, not a brochure. Our cybersecurity services and website maintenance service cover the hardening, updates and backups after launch.
Reviewed by Your Clinic Before Anything Goes Live
Our honest view, from building service websites across the UAE: clinic websites rarely fail on design. They fail at the booking step, in the minutes when a patient is ready and the site makes them phone a number nobody answers. So the booking path is designed first here, and the visuals second. The claims on the page get the same discipline. Licence numbers, doctor credentials, specialty lists and insurance information are placed where patients look for them, and every medical or advertising claim is reviewed and approved by your clinic, against the rules of your regulator in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or the other emirates, before launch. We build the structure; your clinic owns the claims. Nothing about your practice is invented, rounded up or borrowed from another clinic’s results.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about clinic websites, booking, Arabic pages, packages and going live.
How much does a clinic website cost?
A clinic website starts at AED 999 with the Starter package (4–5 pages, a .com domain and standard hosting for 1 year, SSL, basic SEO setup, WhatsApp integration and a contact form). The Business package is AED 2,499 for up to 10 pages with a CMS and analytics included. Booking-system connections, Arabic pages and other custom features are priced by written quotation based on scope.
Can the website take appointment bookings?
Yes. Your treatment and doctor pages can lead to an online booking route, a WhatsApp conversation, or both, so a patient can book in the way that suits them. If your clinic already uses a booking or practice-management system, tell us which one before the proposal stage: whether the website can connect to it directly depends on that system, and we confirm the exact route in the written proposal instead of promising a connection we have not checked.
Can our clinic website be in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Arabic and bilingual English + Arabic websites are available as a paid additional service on website packages, with full RTL layout included. The translation is provided by your clinic or charged separately. Many UAE practices find the Arabic version is what turns a search into an appointment for patients who prefer to read and book in Arabic.
Who checks that our medical content and claims are correct?
Your clinic does. We build the structure — doctor profiles with credentials and languages spoken, treatment pages, licence and insurance information in the places patients look for them — and every specialty claim, before-and-after image and advertising statement is reviewed and approved by your clinic against your regulator’s rules before the page goes live. We do not publish medical claims on your behalf without that approval.
We already have a clinic website. Can you redesign it without losing our Google visibility?
In most cases, yes, if the redesign is handled as a migration rather than a replacement. We audit the pages and searches bringing you patients today, keep the URLs that matter or redirect them properly, carry the content that earns its place, and re-check indexing and enquiries after launch. A redesign that skips the audit is how clinics lose the rankings their old site had built; the audit comes first, the new design second.
How will we know the website is producing appointments?
We count enquiries the same way on every site we run: a WhatsApp message, a phone call, or a form submission. Those three actions are set up as tracked key events, so you can see how many patients started a booking conversation from each page — a treatment page, a doctor profile, a location page — instead of guessing from visitor numbers alone.
