Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about website, software and graphic design services for businesses in Dubai & Abu Dhabi — costs, timelines, Arabic websites, revisions, support and how to start.

How much does website development cost in Dubai?

RapidBizz website packages start from 999 AED for a Starter website (4–5 pages, with a .com domain and standard hosting included for 1 year). The Business package is 2,499 AED (up to 10 pages, domain and hosting included for 1 year, CMS and analytics included). Custom and e-commerce websites are priced by custom quotation based on scope. Premium domains, email hosting, paid plugins, renewals and third-party fees are charged separately.

How much does an e-commerce website cost in the UAE?

E-commerce websites at RapidBizz are priced by custom quotation, because the cost depends on the scope of your store — the number of products, payment gateway setup, and any custom features such as delivery zones, discount codes or customer accounts. Send us your requirements on WhatsApp (+971 54 541 0775) and you will receive a written quote before any work starts.

How long does it take to build a website?

A corporate website typically takes 2–4 weeks at RapidBizz. An e-commerce website typically takes 4–8 weeks. Timelines are confirmed in writing before work starts and depend on website size and how quickly content and feedback are provided.

How much does custom software development cost in Dubai?

Custom software is priced per project, because the cost depends entirely on the features, integrations and users you need. The process starts with a free discovery call on WhatsApp (+971 54 541 0775), after which you receive a written proposal with scope and price.

How much do graphic design and branding services cost?

Branding and graphic design — such as a logo, brand identity, or social media and print designs — are priced by the scope of work. Send your requirements on WhatsApp for a written quote before any work starts.

Can RapidBizz build a website in Arabic and English?

Yes. Arabic and bilingual (English + Arabic) websites are available as a paid additional service — they are not included free in the standard packages. An English website is charged at the standard package price; an Arabic or bilingual website is priced by an additional-scope quotation, which includes the right-to-left (RTL) layout work. Translation is provided by you or charged separately, and extra time is allowed for the additional development and testing. Mention Arabic in your first message and it will be covered in your proposal.

Which payment gateways can be used on a UAE e-commerce website?

The payment gateways most commonly used by UAE online stores are Telr, PayTabs and Stripe. Each requires a UAE trade licence and a business account application, and approval is decided by the gateway, not the developer. RapidBizz integrates the gateway into your website once your gateway account is approved.

Will my website work well on mobile phones?

Yes. Websites built by RapidBizz are built to work on mobile phones as well as desktop computers. This matters in the UAE, where most customers find and contact businesses from their phones — including tapping a WhatsApp or call button directly from the website.

Can you redesign or fix my existing website?

Yes. If your current website is slow, outdated, or not generating enquiries, RapidBizz can redesign it or rebuild it. The starting point is a review of your existing website, after which you receive a written proposal with price and timeline before any work begins.

Do I own my website after it is built?

In principle, the website built for your business — its design, content and domain — should belong to your business. Your proposal will state the ownership and handover terms in writing before you commit.

What kind of software does RapidBizz develop?

RapidBizz develops custom software and web applications, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android. Examples of the types of systems businesses request include booking systems, customer portals, CRM and ERP-style business tools, dashboards and internal workflow systems — built around how your business works, rather than forcing you into off-the-shelf software.

Does RapidBizz provide website hosting?

Yes. The Starter and Business website packages include standard hosting for the first year; on Custom projects, hosting is included as quoted in your proposal. After the included period, hosting renewals are charged separately. This means your website, hosting and support can all be handled by one team.

Do you offer website maintenance after launch?

Yes. Every website package includes a post-launch bug support period — 15 days on the Starter package and 30 days on the Business package, with a minimum of 30 days on Custom projects. Support means technical bug fixing; it does not include unlimited new changes or new features, which are quoted separately. A website also needs updates, backups and security checks after it goes live, and RapidBizz offers ongoing maintenance for this.

What happens if something goes wrong with my website after launch?

Contact RapidBizz on WhatsApp or by phone on +971 54 541 0775, or email contact@rapidbizz.com. Technical bugs are covered during the post-launch support period in your package (15 days on Starter; 30 days on Business; minimum 30 days on Custom) — that support is for bug fixing, not for unlimited new changes. Because the team works online, support is handled remotely — most website issues can be investigated and fixed without an office visit.

Does RapidBizz have an office in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?

No. RapidBizz is a remote digital agency with no physical office in the UAE. It serves businesses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi online — through WhatsApp, phone and video calls — which keeps costs clear and communication direct.

Can I meet the RapidBizz team in person?

Yes. Although RapidBizz works remotely, if you would like a physical meeting, the team is available to meet at a good public space in Dubai or Abu Dhabi by appointment. Most clients find that an initial online call is faster, but the in-person option is there if you prefer it.

How does the remote working process work, step by step?

First, a free discovery call online to understand your business and requirements. Second, a written proposal with scope, price in AED and timeline. Third, design approval, then development, with progress shared online for your review. Finally, launch, handover, and ongoing support — all managed through WhatsApp, phone and video calls.

How many revisions are included in a project?

The Starter package includes 2 consolidated revision rounds. Business and Custom projects include 2 revision rounds per agreed project phase, and extra rounds on Custom projects are quoted. One revision round means one consolidated feedback list from you — a single list covering all the changes you want in that round — so please gather your feedback together before sending it. Your written proposal states the included revisions before work starts, so there are no surprises. As a general process point, design is approved before full development begins, which keeps revision rounds focused.

How do I pay, and is a deposit required?

Payment terms are confirmed in your written proposal before any work starts. Never pay against a verbal quote — RapidBizz proposals put scope, price and terms in writing.

How do I start a project with RapidBizz?

Send a WhatsApp message or call +971 54 541 0775, or email contact@rapidbizz.com, and briefly describe your business and what you need — a website, software, an app, or graphic design. You will get a free discovery call and then a written proposal with scope, AED price and timeline. There is no obligation to proceed after the proposal.
